Term Changes: Manual Rostering

Learn how to prepare for a new term with manual rostering in the Administrator Portal

Note: The following steps must be completed in the Administrator Portal

Revoking Content from Classes & Users

Tip: If content is revoked from a class, it will also be revoked from all students and teachers within the class. The fastest way to revoke content is with the Bulk Revoke Content tool.

Moving Students to New Classes

Once new content has been revoked, students can be moved to new classes. This can be done individually or by class.

Distributing Content

Once students have been moved to their new classes, content can be distributed to them. If content was previously distributed to a class, then content will automatically be assigned to the student when they are added to the class.
