Text-to-Speech (Audiosync)
Learn how to turn-on, navigate, and customize the text-to-speech feature
1. Open a book in the Reader
2. As you read, you may see text-to-speech buttons at the top of pages
This feature reads the text aloud, tracking by word-level and sentence-level highlighting. Typically, the main body text will be read first, followed by any sidebar text on the page
3. Click on the icon to launch the text-to-speech player
This will also launch the text-to-speech menu. In this menu, you can do several actions to customize your listening experience.
4. Click and drag the "Drag Me" icon to move the text-to-speech player
5. Click "Pause" or "Play" to stop or resume the audio
6. Click "Speed" to slow down or speed up the audio by clicking an option from the menu
7. Click "Select Color" to change the highlight color
8. Click "Mute" or "Unmute" to turn off or on the sound
9. Slide the volume bar to turn the volume up or down
10. Click "Close" to close the text-to-speech player
Note: This will also turn off the audio
