Learn how to open and navigate the profile menu in the Administrator Portal
Note: District and school accounts have different profile menu options. If you are unsure which type of account you are using, view the articles below:

District Account Profile Menu
1. Login to a District Level account
2. Click the profile icon at the top right of the page
3. In the profile menu, click "Manage Account" to update your profile photo or password
4. Click "Help" to visit the GSE Knowledge Base
5. If you need support from our digital team, click "Need Support" to fill in and submit a help ticket
6. Click "Privacy Policy" to view the Gibbs Smith Education Privacy Policy
7. Click "Terms & Conditions" to view the Gibbs Smith Education Terms of Use
8. Click the dropdown menu next to "Language" to select a platform language
Note: The Administrator Portal is currently available in English, Spanish, and German
9. Click "Logout" to logout of the Administrator Portal
School Account Profile Menu
1. Login to a School Level account
2. Click the profile icon at the top right of the page
3. In the profile menu, click "Manage Account" to update your profile photo or password
4. To enable 2-Factor Authentication toggle the button
5. Click "Help" to visit the GSE Knowledge Base
6. If you need support from our digital team, click "Need Support" to fill in and submit a help ticket
7. Click "Privacy Policy" to view the Gibbs Smith Education Privacy Policy
8. Click "Terms & Conditions" to view the Gibbs Smith Education Terms of Use
9. Click the dropdown menu next to "Language" to select a platform language

10. Click "Logout" to logout of the Administrator Portal
