      Forgot Password (Administrator Portal)

      Learn how to reset your Administrator Portal password if you have forgotten it

      1. Go to the Administrator Portal

      URL: https://portal.gseonline.us/reader/gibbs-smith/#/loginkb_administrator_portal

      2. Click "Forgot Password"kb_apfp_01

      3. Enter your Username

      Note: Your username is the email associated with your account

      5. An email will be sent to your email inbox

      Tip: If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder 

      6. Follow the steps to create a new password which you will use to login going forward
